In case you missed our EDMONTON 2019 PHOTO INSPIRATION Pecha Kucha Event AT THE GARNEAU THEATRE - check out Pieter De Vos presentation sharing images from his project documenting life in Woodlane Village, a squatter camp in the wealthy suburb of Moreleta Park in Pretoria, South Africa. His book on this work will be released this year to correspond with the 25 year anniversary of the first open elections, and the abolishment of apartheid in South Africa.

In case you're not familiar - Pecha Kucha is a format where speakers only have 20 slides X 20 secs/ slide to share their story. It's TOUGH. But really, really worth it.
